Stephanie was great to work with! On initial appointment, we found Stephanie very knowledgeable on the selling points of a home, example - electrical issues, etc. A little background. We were selling a home that my Grandfather built 100 years ago. Through inheritance, 7 people had ownership, and most not local. Stephanie was able to change appointments frequently to accommodate us, on little notice. She got paperwork out, and followed up with me as the main contact. The home was put up for sale on a Tuesday, and had a sell pending by that following Thursday! A process that we anticipated as going to be difficult with so many people involved, went so smoothly.
